Assess operations against your standards, understand where compliance breaks down, then turn failed items into tracked corrective actions.
A complete inspection first — then the corrective work it reveals.
The problem
An inspection report can leave the follow-up somewhere else. The real work starts after the score.
Reports flag problems, but the follow-up happens somewhere else.
Different properties and teams interpret the same standards differently.
Failed items scatter into spreadsheets, messages and separate task tools.
The same standards fail again and again with no one seeing the pattern.
MORN keeps the inspection, report, analysis and corrective actions in one place.
Why change
Paper, spreadsheets and forms record an inspection well. MORN connects what comes next.
Good at recording inspection results.
But reports, evidence and follow-up can become separated across files, messages and teams.
Good at digitising the inspection.
But the process often ends when the form is submitted — analysis and corrective actions live elsewhere.
Built around the whole inspection and improvement cycle.
Existing tools can record an inspection. MORN connects the completed inspection with what happens afterwards.
How it works
A complete assessment against your standards first — then the corrective work it reveals.
Inspect
Work through every standard with Yes / No / N/A, comments, photos and annotations.
Diagnose the operation first. Improve the failures afterwards.

Meet the developer
MORN was created by Yuanbo Li, a hospitality and service quality professional with nearly 20 years of experience across hotels, corporate operations and multi-site service businesses.
Across Accor, Tsingtao Beer, Bojue and LANN, his work has covered guest experience, service-system design, operational standards and quality management. At Accor, he supported guest experience and reputation performance across more than 120 hotels in Greater China.
MORN grew from a recurring problem: inspections could identify gaps against standards, but the report, follow-up and corrective actions often became fragmented across spreadsheets, messages and different teams.
MORN was built to connect that process.
MORN is still young, and I'm improving it with feedback from the people who use it. If something isn't working for you, or you have an idea that would make MORN more useful, please get in touch. I'd be glad to hear from you.
