Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, please notify us via the contact form immediately.

Morn offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are processed by Creem.io, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles billing, taxes, and invoicing on our behalf at the rates shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period (you keep access to the paid tier until then).

Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with the consumer-protection laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Where Creem.io is the Merchant of Record, refunds may also be requested directly through Creem within the timeframe stated on their refund policy.

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service; (b) upload content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or violates anyone's privacy or intellectual-property rights; (c) use the Service to send spam or otherwise abuse other users; (d) attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Service or its users.

You retain ownership of all data, photos, templates, and inspection reports you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not sell Your Content and we will not use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice except in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or legal risk. Soft-deleted team members retain their historical inspection records, which remain visible to your organisation administrator.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for fraud or wilful misconduct).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts located in the jurisdiction of the operator's residence in the People's Republic of China.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify registered account holders by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
